At The Village Chapel our desire is to live the Word of God through Worship, Outreach, Relationships, and Discipleship. We believe that if we focus on Worshiping God in Spirit and Truth that God will present opportunities for us to reach out to those who need Jesus, grow in our relationships with one another, and go deeper in our walk with Christ as Disciples.

Men's Breakfast

4th of July Church Picnic
Date: Sunday, July 4th, 2010
Where: Buena Vista Elementary School
100 Alderbaran Ave
4th of July lands on a Sunday this year. We will be having one service at 10:30 and an All American BBQ afterwards. There will be bounce houses, children's activities, good food, fellowship and more. We will provide the burgers and hot dogs you just need to bring a side dish and a dessert.

Community Day of Service
On
Saturday, July 10th from 8 am to 2 pm, there will be a service
opportunity for community wide cleanup and painting throughout Lompoc.
There will be a free BBQ following the cleanup. If you would like to participate and have not signed up yet please e-mail us at info@vvchapel.com

Overnight Missions Trip
Calvary Chapel San Francisco is launching as a church on Sunday July 11th. The Village Chapel is taking an Outreach team up there on July 9th & 10th to spread the word about the church. We will leave Friday morning and come back Saturday night. If you are interested in joining us please contact the church office at

Joel Hurtado Benefit Fund
One of our brothers, Joel Hurtado has been recently faced with a health crisis. Please help keep him in prayer. A fund to help with the continuing burden of extensive medical expenses has been set up and all donations are greatly appreciated by the Hurtado family.
Donations can be made through July 10th at any Rabo Bank to the Joel Hurtado Benefit Fund or can be mailed to Rabo Bank, 828 North H St, Lompoc, CA, 93436 with a memo to the Joel Hurtado Benefit Fund.

 Join our Saturday Prayer
Please join us as often as you can for a time of prayer. We meet each Saturday morning at the church office. The women meet from 7:30-8:30 and the men meet from 8:30-9:30.
