"SIX CHARACTERS IN SEARCH OF AN AUTHOR" OPENS TONIGHT
Six Characters in Search of an AuthorSix Characters in Search of an Author, by Luigi Pirandello and directed by Laura Jones. Reality of Illusion...You Decide.

In its millennium retrospective of the major literary influences contributing to our modern sensibilities, TIME Magazine named Luigi Pirandello's Six Characters in Search of an Author the most significant play of the 20th Century!

A Comic Commentary on the Nature of Theatre: a rehearsed "unrehearsed" rehearsal. Six Characters In Search of an AuthorNot only was Pirandello one of the first writers to exaggerate the stereotypes of domestic drama by burdening them with such self-awareness, his seminal work explores the gaps between appearance and reality as well as form and content in an existential world where the tragic and comic coexist as points of view. PRINT A POSTER
