Today, the Department of Revenue (DOR) released the Community Preservation Trust Fund disbursements for each CPA municipality.

 

Although trust fund revenue was strong during the first half of the year, collections began to slip in March, reflecting weakness in the market for home sales and a decline in mortgage refinancings.  As a result, trust fund disbursements will be less this year for most CPA communities.
