SUBMIT FILMS BY MARCH 9 DEADLINE

In consideration of the current economic crisis, the LAGFF programming team has eliminated the late deadline fees and moved the general submission deadline to March 9.

LAGFF invites you to submit your film before the March 9 deadline by simply clicking here.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ACADEMY AWARD WINNERS

Congratulations to LAGFF Board member Alexander Payne and co-writers of THE DESCENDANTS Nat Faxon and Jim Rash for winning the Oscar for Best Writing (Adapted Screenplay) at the 84th Academy Awards ceremony held at the Kodak Theater on Sunday.

' black and white silent film THE ARTIST won 5 Oscars for Best Costume Design (Mark Bridges), Best Original Score (Ludovic Bource),

Best Director (Michel Hazanavicius), Best Actor (Jean Dujardin), and Best Picture.

SAVE THE DATE - NETWORKING MIXER!

On Thursday, March 29, LA Greek Film Festival will host a networking mixer for professionals in entertainment. Filmmakers, festival patrons, and LAGFF staff will be in attendance to support the upcoming 6th Annual LA Greek Film Festival (May 31-June 3).
