INTRODUCING NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CRAIG PRATER
Craig Prater began his film festival career with entertainer Sonny Bono when he became the Executive Director of the Palm Springs Film Festival for 8 years.  During his tenure in Palm Springs he co-founded the PS Short Festival and the PS Film Noir Festival.  He was then secured to direct the Bangkok International Film Festival for 4 years in Thailand.  Prater has also served as the director of the Museum of Tolerance Film Festival in Los Angeles. He co-founded the Women's International Film & Showcase and is currently the director of the Conga Caliente Festival in Florida.  In addition to his work with Los Angeles Greek Film Festival, Prater is working on new film projects in Serbia and China.

The LAGFF team welcomes Craig and looks forward to working with him toward actualizing our shared vision of promoting independent cinema from around the world.
