LAGFF SUPPORTS GREEN ACTION IN GREECE
AND AROUND THE WORLD!
We begin by supporting ARCHIPELAGOS, a national environmental organization in Greece that is committed to the conservation of the rare natural wealth of the Greek Seas and islands. 5% of Closing Night's proceeds will be donated to ARCHIPELAGOS.  The Archipelagos Arc for the Greek Seeds works to preserve the last remaining local varieties of agricultural plants that have been traditionally cultivated in the Greek islands, to raise awareness among Greek island communities, as well as to provide support and encouragement to organic farmers who respect the value of traditional practices and the biodiversity of the seed. CLOSING NIGHT STREET CLOSURES
Due to the Gay Pride Parade, traffic will be closed on Santa Monica Boulevard between Fairfax Avenue and Doheny Drive starting at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 12.
Santa Monica Blvd. will re-open immediately at the end of the end of the Parade, which may be as late as 4:00 p.m.
To attend either Laemmle's screenings or Closing Night at the Writers Guild Theater on Sunday, June 12, avoid Santa Monica Blvd between Fairfax and Doheny Drive.
