This is cool end of the summer fun for everyone!
 

Come out to Aqua Dog's Paws in the Pool and have fun watching dogs fly, supporting local rescue groups and entertaining the whole family!

This fun event is based around 'dock diving', in other words, watching these talented and athletic dogs fly through the air and land with a big splash! It's a rapidly growing animal sport, and The Basement Doctor team is partnering with Aqua Dog's Paws in the Pool event to raise funds for local dog shelters. This event is full of fun for everyone!

In addition to the Dock Diving Competition, Aqua Dogs has arranged for the following demonstrations:

• Dance
• Gymnastics
• Tae Kwon Do
• Dog training demonstrations
• Dog training beginners group class
• And much more!

Local merchants will be there with:

• Pet related wares
• Arts & crafts
• Food
• Face painting
• Games
• Pet massage
• Microchip and rabies clinic
• Rabies vaccines will be available for $7.00 from 1:00pm-4:00pm on Sunday. 

This event has a lot of groups participating!

Rescue and animal groups on-site will be Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue, Whiskers, Fairfield Area Humane Society, Animal Rescue Friends, North Coast Dobie's, Hopeful Hearts, and Fairfield County CARES.

Target of Lancaster is sponsoring and staffing the "Pet Pampering Parlor" which includes shampoo, nail trim with polish and other amenities to pamper your pet. Drop off your pet while you enjoy the expo - all for a small donation.

Target has combined its annual "National Night Out" with Paws in the Pool. The "National Night Out" celebration encourages neighbors to get to know one another and involves fun games, free prizes and a DJ.  The Lancaster Police Department and the Fairfield County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit will be there too. These two law enforcement agencies will share a D.A.R.E. message and do presentations.

Are you interested in competing in the dock diving competition? Registration is now open for this UKC Sanctioned event! Aqua Dogs will be hosting a dock diving competition, and will be a UKC SANCTIONED EVENT, at Paws in the Pool. Non-participants can jump in between the competition events!
