Workshop Series: Chinese Medicine for Everyday Complaints

Join David Marble of Root and Branch Oriental Medicine for a discussion on the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for self-treatment of common aliments. This four-part series will facilitate TCM self-diagnosis of simple pathologies, explain the use of pertinent over-the-counter Chinese herbal medicines, and propose dietary, acupressure, or other do-it-yourself remedies. Each hour-long class will focus on a different topic: musculoskeletal pain, allergies, cold and flu, or insomnia. Individuals may attend a single class for $10, or as many of this series as they like for $20. All are welcome; previous experience with acupuncture or TCM is not required.
