On Sunday, October 25th, United Express introduced 50-seat Canadair-200 regional jets (RJs) on all flights from MRY to LAX. The RJs replace the 27-seat Embraer 120 "Brasilia" turboprops. We're really pleased with this change because our travelers will benefit. The RJs are faster, reducing the flight time to/from LAX to only one hour. The jets carry more travelers and more luggage.
