Dear Clients. Friends and Collegues,
I am blessed and privileged to receive hundreds of pictures every year of my clients' animals. As with most animal communicators, I do not need pictures in order to connect with animals, but oh how I love seeing the images! Even the ones that bring bittersweet tears fill my heart with love--the pictures of memorial gardens, beautiful containers of ashes, and final resting places of animal loved ones. A few of these images are below, with many more in the linked full length articles.
The first article of this issue was written in response to a client who asked an interesting question about the energy created regarding where we place our animals ashes. I hope you will find my responses helpful.
The animal communication story for this issue features a dog with whom I fell in love the first time I spoke with her many years ago. Gracie was once a coyote and brought with her issues from that life that were impacting her current life.
This issue's whale story features two extraordinary experiences I had earlier this year hearing the songs of humpback whales--with a link to a recording!
Finally, there is the ten hanky video acknowledging the special men and women who've rescued thousands of animals all over the planet. The music, images of the animals and people and celebratory energy will bring you smiles and happy tears!
I hope you will find value and inspiration in these stories. May you and your animal loved ones be blessed with great love, gentle peace and joy.
Namaste'

Memorializing Our Beloved Animals:
Ashes, Urns, Gardens and Graves

Photo and Ashes of Robin's beloved Emma

Recently, I received the following question from a special client named Robin: "I have heard that according to feng shui the ashes of deceased loved ones and shells represent "dead" energy and that we should not have them in our homes. What is your opinion about keeping ashes in the house? I have never thought that it was negative energy because of my love for them. Could you tell me your thoughts?"

I was happy to respond to this important question. Click here to read my full response to her as well as additional information on this important issue of deciding what to do with the remains of our animal loved ones.

Gracie the Coyote Dog
When animals tell us about a past life or lives, it is my experience that they rarely do so just to tell a story or to satisfy our curiosity. It is almost always to help explain to their person something about a connection from their past to their current life issues (i.e. behaviors, health, relationships), including their connection to their person. Animals seem to have effortless recall of their past lives and speak about them matter-of-factly--not with all the drama that we humans tend to attach to past life recall. READ MORE about a beloved dog who was once a coyote and how her current life health issues were resolved by her person's understanding of her former coyote life. Sometimes the issues from the past are powerful keys to helping us heal in the present. Gracie brought great joy to all humans who knew her. Her leave taking from the earth has left a great hole but has made heaven much brighter. But we still feel your light Gracie--may you shine with the stars! |
To Hear The Whales Sing Humpback whales are singers, composers and poets whose songs travel across entire oceans. Whales sing in an emotional language, older than speech, that deeply resonates with us. ~Roger Payne, A Life Among Whales
The haunting songs of humpback whales, made available to the masses by Roger Payne's research and recordings, has had a tremendous impact on the save the whales movement. The songs of humpback whales opened the hearts of millions of people and shifted perceptions of who whales really are.
I've heard the singing of humpback whales live many times, but during my 2011 Silver Bank trips we were blessed to have two unique experiences listening to whales. One involved hearing a mother and calf singing together, and another was hearing what sounded like hundreds of whales singing at the same time. The blessings of these moments was overwhelming. We were all somehow marked by these whales and their songs. I will never forget it. READ MORE. . .
To hear Roger Payne's original recordings, listen to the CD Songs of the Humpback Whale. |
