CYD ELIMINATES BARRIERS TO SUCCESS
Since 1994, CYD has provided the support and resources students living in underserved areas need to reach their potential. CYD breaks the cycle of generational poverty through our long-term youth development program, dedicated to nurturing the talents and dreams of our students.
CYD is proud that 100% of students who complete our program have graduated high school and 94% have continued on to college. Currently, 70% of our alums are working towards their degrees or have graduated!
When only 30% of our students have parents who graduated high school -- CYD changes the odds.

CYD students trained and socialized dogs at LifeLine Animal Project, helping to make the dogs more adoptable and family friendly.

College Count Down

CYD's 2012 high school graduates are attending college orientations and preparing for the arrival of college. Thanks to CYD volunteers and donors, they have the items they needed for their dorm rooms!
