Instant Queue Manager
Instant Queue Manager is the leading real-time solution for immediate, expert assistance. It acts as a 'virtual IM receptionist' to route either internal or external IM requests to agents ready to offer assistance, resulting in increased productivity, improved customer service, and shorter sales cycles.

V2.6 includes enhancements such as automatic customer information display, enhanced agent availability, dynamic routing, advanced escalation options, and much more.

Instant Archive Viewer
When we released Instant Archive Viewer v2.0 in September, we were responding to your requirements for role-based search and discovery capabilities for end users, for administrators, and for HR and legal departments.

In v2.1, Instant Archive Viewer continues to evolve and mature thanks to your real-world feedback. This new version is focused on admin-side enhancements such as CDR maintenance; customizable advanced search and discovery capabilities; automated, scheduled record purging with a history of purged records; automatic Windows Service error logging; and more.

When the US Department of Defense needed a solution that would enable DoD personnel to find and communicate with other DoD personnel across boundaries of time and space, they turned to IBM.
