Welcome to our July 12 Newsletter from Spencers Agents! Where is the year going?!
This month we would like to say a massive thank you to our staff. I have been "accused" of being "fiercely loyal" in the past, which I took as an enormous compliment, but credit where it is due, I believe we have the best team. Great spirit, excellent work ethic, always willing to help each other out. Thank you guys.
Also, this month I am running the Race for Life with my colleague Miss Potter. After a close friend was diagnosed at Christmas with Leukemia in her early 30's you realise that cancer can happen to any of us at any time. Wish us luck! This month's Top Tip is to look past a little bit of dust!
We know that we harp on about presenting your house like a show home, but my idea of a show home and yours may be different. Some vendors believe that all potential buyers should be able to look past the washing being out, the dog, the kids, the muck, the daily chaos, and that living in a show home environment is beyond their realistic capabilities.
So, for all you buyers out there, we need you to look at the size of the rooms, imagine your furniture in place, and try to refrain from judgement based on a person's living habits; we can't all be Mary Poppins!
