At Spencers we have been focussing, since our arrival before Christmas, on the new technologies that are available to Estate Agents and have been researching what works and what doesn't. In the background we have been designing and building a whole new website, with a new fresh look, and with simple functionality. We know that people want to get to the information that they need in as few clicks as possible and that users often navigate away from the site if they aren't instantly steered towards the right information.
With this in mind we hope that everyone loves our new website as much as we do. We have the three main buttons on our homepage that link through to the most important information that users want to find on our website; Property Search, Free Sales Valuation, and Contact Information. We have used bright, positive photographs that we hope reflects our view on the outlook for the company and for the property market in general. Our brand is still as strong and recognisable as ever, with the link back to our original logo but with a slightly more modern twist.
We hope that the new website meets with your approval and will be happy to hear your comments and views once you have had a "play".
