Welcome to our Spencers Agents December 2011 Newsletter, the last one of the year! In this month's edition of our newsletter we want to introduce you to our Mortgage Broker, Matthew Harris and his company 3Sixty Financial Solutions. Matthew is a whole of market mortgage broker so, unlike some of our competitors, he is not tied to only one insurance company.  You can have confidence in his abilities, as in 2007 he won the Young Achiever in the British Mortgage Awards at the Royal Albert Hall.  Not only did he receive over 200 nominations to win this prestigious accolade, but did so ahead of Savills Private Finance.  Over the coming months, Matthew will be sharing his knowledge on the financial markets and how you can save money.  Only this week Matthew was telling us how he saved one of his clients over £900 a year on their household insurance, so why not give us a call and see how much he can save you? We would also like to clarify that Spencers Agents Ltd are Property Sales agents only, we do not do Property Lettings or Property Management. We have been at 469 Ecclesall Road since 1993 and Jim Spencer will be staying working with us for the next couple of years or so before his retirement.
