Welcome to the FIRST Spencers Agents Ltd Newsletter! We aim to provide an informative and helpful newsletter each month featuring new properties on the market, Spencers Top Tips, and inside Spencers Agents news. Please let us know your feedback.
Our first item of news is that Spencers Agents Ltd has been purchased by Spencer Property Ltd, the Directors are Nicola Spencer and Lee Bullen. You may know Nicola from her twelve years at Spencers Agents, or you may know her as Jim and Anne's daughter, or even as the "golfer's" sister. Nicola has been in Edinburgh for the last three years and is now back in Sheffield with a wealth of new property and estate agency experience. Lee Bullen you may know from his time at Sheffield Wednesday. Lee has a degree in Sports Media including PR and Journalism brings with him valuable leadership and management skills as well as great enthusiasm.
Spencers Agents Ltd are a sales agents only, incorporating New Homes, Land and Development, and do NOT have a property management or letting department. The portfolio of property lettings was sold in April 2011 to Countrywide Estate Agents who now trade as Blundells Lettings.
