Greetings!
The start of 2011 has been extraordinary to say the least..for our first edition of our online newsletter we have to acknowledge those affeced by the recent floods here in Brisbane and the wider Queensland state. Our hearts and thoughts are with those who have gone through and continue to be affected by this catastrophic event and especially to those who lost loved ones.
A big thank you to everyone who donated to Bikram Yoga Brisbane's flood appeal. We raised over $500 which was donated to the Premiers Relief Fund. Looking forward - this year we will be holding regular events and seminars for you to deepen your understanding of Bikram Yoga and the effects that practicing yoga can have on the physical & subtle body.
