Tri-County Towne Center (previously known a Princeton Plaza) is undergoing a significant redevelopment which includes redefining the tenant mix, facade upgrades, signage enhancements and landscaping upgrades.  The initial phases have been completed and ownership is commited to ongoing facility upgrades.   Notwithstanding the challenges faced by the center in the recent retail downturn, its outstanding location and accessibility provide strong promise for the future.  The electronic sign shown in the photograph is the first of its type permitted in Springdale and affords multiple tenants to advertise on a single structure. Long term plans contemplate a connection between Princeton Pike and Northland Blvd. More Information
