Woodcraft will be opening a new 20,000 sf store at Princeton Town Center in early September 
 


FrontRoom furnishings opened its first Cincinnati store on July 4th.  The 70,000 sf store is located at Beltway Center near Dave and Busters
 

 
Morris Furniture will open it's first Cincinnati area store in late 2010 at Beltway Center next to Dave and Busters.

Tri-County Town Center is undergoing a major facelift. A new facade and digital signage are part of the improvements.

 CBTS Grand Opening
 
cbts grand openingCBTS occupied it's new Springdale headquarters at 111 Tri-County Parkway in January this year. The 42,000 square foot facility is ideally suited to CBTS's operations. In the photograph, Mayor Doyle Webster cuts  the ceremonial ribbon opening the facility. CBTS is a subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell Inc. which provides Technology Solutions for business ranging from data centers and IT outsourcing to voice systems and disaster recovery.  More Information

TreeHouse Kids Opens in Springdale 

TreeHouse Kids Grand OpeningTreeHouse Kids held their grand opening in April at Princeton Marketplace across from Tri-County Mall.  The 30,000 square foot store specializes in upscale childrens furniture. More Information

I-275 Reconstruction Nears Completion 
 No more Orange Barrels

After 3.5 years and $140    million of  construction, I-275 between Route 42 and Winton Road is almost complete. ODOT District 8 and general contractor, Kokosing Construction, have done a tremendous job of traffic maintenance throughout the project. The project makes access to Tri-County and Springdale efficient and easy. In addition to the I-275 improvement project, Springdale has invested over $8,000,000 in local roadway improvement projects in recent years. The Springdale Farmers' Market is back, bigger and better than ever.  The Springdale Camber of Commerce began the Farmers' Market in 2009. Within a year,  it has grown to be one of the more popular markets in the metro area. New Retail Development @ Kemper & 747
  Thompson Thrift's Development Under Construction
 
Indianapolis developer, Thompson Thrift began construction of a new retail project at the intersection of Kemper and SR 747 this month.  The first phase of the project will accommodate The Vitamin Shoppe with subsequent phases to follow. The store is expected to open in early Fall. More Information
