Know your merchant:It's a good practice to be familiar with the name or reputation of any company you're dealing with. The Federal Trade Commission maintains a web site (www.consumer.gov.) that provides many buyers' guides, lists of tips, and links to helpful resources.

Use a Credit Card and Safeguard Your Password:

It's a good practice to pay with credit cards instead of a debit card. Credit Cards offer protection from identity theft that debit cards don't. For example charges caps at $50 as long as you report the fraud within 60 days.
When shopping online, its a good idea to make purchases with your Southwest Visa Credit Card. Credit cards offer greater charge back rights. If you experience fraudulent activity on your Southwest Visa Credit Card, contact our office as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits.

When logging on for the first time to our new CU@Home you will need to click the "Not Enrolled?Enroll Today!" option. You will receive an email with a temporary password. You will be prompted to change your password, but you can simply retype your existing password if you wish to reuse it. You will also be required to set up your Multi Factor Authentication, but again, you can use the same information you have previously used on CU@Home.
