Our home health provides a wide range of services such as, medical, social and therapeutic treatments, as well as activities associated with the patients daily activities under the direction of their physician. With branches in DeQunicy, Lake Charles and DeRidder we service Calcasieu, Beauregard, Allen, Jefferson Davis and Cameron Parishes.

What is a credit report?
A Credit Report is a snapshot of your experience with credit-related accounts. Aside from some basic personal information, like your name and address to help identify your report, there are three main types of information on your Credit Report.
- Public Records
- Credit Inquiries
- Accounts
What is a credit score?
A credit score is a complex mathematical model that evaluates many types of information in a credit file. A credit score is used by a lender to help determine whether a person qualifies for a particular credit card, loan or service. Most credit scores estimate the risk a company incurs by lending a person money or providing them with a service. Generally the higher the score, the less risk the person represents.

Why doesn't the information on the Three Bureau Reports match from bureau to bureau?
The three national credit bureaus do not share information with each other, so if your creditor only reports information to one or two of the bureaus or only pulls inquiry from one bureau, then the information won't appear on all three reports.
Watch out for identity theft! What about a "fraud alert"?
You have the right to ask that nationwide consumer credit reporting companies to place "fraud alerts" in your file to let potential creditors and others know that you may be a victim of identity theft. A fraud alert can make it more difficult for someone to get credit in your name because it tells creditors to follow certain procedures to protect you. |
