Aggravated Stalking w/Credible Threat (5cts)
Victim received several anonymous notes outside & inside her home that the writer was watching her, & threatening to sexually assault her. Defendant is related to victim & allegedly confessed to sending the notes. Victim's request for an injunction was denied by Judge Kest in April.

 John Steven Huggins ~ 1998-CF-007190-A-ODefense Motion to Reappoint Counsel (1hr reserved) Murder; Carjacking; Robbery; Kidnap w/Intent to Commit Felony
Defendant was sentenced to death in 2002 for the1998 abduction & murder of Carla Larson .
