DAI Launches Employee Recognition Program

DAI launched an employee recognition program to recognize extraordinary individual and group performance. The DAI Shout Out is a fun way to recognize excellence by allowing colleagues to nominate fellow employees, creating a collaborative environment in which employees take pride in and share the work of their peers.

The Shout Out will be awarded to an employee or group of employees demonstrating a particularly stand-out performance in representing our company values. Stay tuned for winners in future editions of the DAI Advisor!

DAI Wins Performance Management Contract

DAI was awarded a contract to provide communications, consulting and training support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Corporate Senior Executive Management Office (CSEMO). The contract, in partnership with Grant Thornton, allows DAI to continue our three-year service to CSEMO. Work on this project includes developing communications, consulting and training support for DVA's senior executive performance management system.

"We're very pleased that CSEMO has demonstrated its confidence in
DAI's senior executive performance management services," said Paula Antonovich, DAI's executive vice president. "The partnership with Grant Thornton is an exciting opportunity to create a strong partnership in the human capital arena."

DAI Supports DVA's VA for Vets Hiring Fair
DAI
team members supported the Department of Veterans Affairs' latest VA for Vets hiring fair. Thousands of veterans attended the fair, which featured 240 employers from the government and private sectors offering more than 25,000 nationwide jobs.

DAI played a key role before, during and after the event. Leading up to the three-day fair, DAI led the logistics planning and coordination, communications and marketing efforts to ensure widespread promotion and information dissemination. During the event, DAI team members managed event logistics, assisted with registration and served as employer liaisons. DAI provided a strong support presence that ensured the hiring fair was a valuable experience for all involved.

The fair also offered one-on-one workshops for resume building and interview coaching. Thousands of veterans were introduced to the VA for Vets website, enabling them to create accounts for ongoing support after the event. See the video news story here.
