Welcome to the September edition! This month, we're pleased to announce that DAI has once again been named to the Inc. 500|5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies! Earlier this month, DAI won an exciting new contract with the Department of Health and Human Services. We have an update on our recruiting efforts and are pleased to announce the winner of our summer recruiting contest! As always, thank you for supporting the DAI Advisor, and remember, past editions can always be accessed on our archive page.

DAI Again Named to Inc. 500|5000 List
Inc. 500 | 5000

DAI has been named to Inc. magazine's 2011 Inc. 500|5000 list, an annual ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. This is the second year in a row DAI has been included on the list, which represents the most comprehensive look at a vital segment of the economy: America's independent entrepreneurs. The list ranks companies according to percentage of revenue growth over a period of three years. DAI, increasingly sought after for expertise in communication, event management, human capital and learning, achieved a 199 percent growth rate between 2007 and 2010.

DAI to Provide HHS Training Support

DAI was awarded a five-year contract with the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide learning, facilitation, consulting and coaching services.

DAI will provide HRSA employees with high quality, targeted, off-the-shelf and customized training products, tools and visual aids as well as conduct assessments, facilitate working groups and teams and provide coaching and counseling services. These initiatives will ensure HRSA's staff have the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the goals and mission of the agency.

"We're very pleased to have the opportunity to work with the Department of Health and Human Services again," said DAI's President and CEO, Dr. Sherilyne Dougherty. "This will be our first contract with HRSA, and we look forward to working with them and helping them achieve their goals."

HRSA is the primary federal agency for improving access to health care services for people who are uninsured, isolated or medically vulnerable. HRSA was created in 1982, when the Health Resources Administration and the Health Services Administration were merged.
