Penn will try to regain the title after losing to Edgar in a unanimous decision at UFC 112. Edgar will have to prove that his win against Penn was not a fluke and that he is the rightful owner of the UFC lightweight belt.
Penn's twitter profile still states 'UFC Lightweight Champion' as if he never even lost the title. If he wants to pretend that the loss against Edgar never happened he will be badly prepared for this rematch.
Since Edgar has never been submitted or TKO'd Penn will have to dig deep to pull off an upset. If the bout ends up going to the judge's score cards again after the scheduled five rounds Edgar will most likely triumph once more since he has shown the ability to outscore Penn as well as most of his previous opponents (seven wins via decision).
The match between Couture and Toney is a classic UFC vs. boxing showdown that should result in Couture taking the win via any way he wants since Toney has no pro MMA experience whatsoever. To make matters worse Toney actually believes he stands a chance against UFC Hall of Famer, Couture, after only a few months of grappling training. Regardless, this bout should be over quickly and Toney will most definitely not enjoy it.
