Due to a private event with the Amelia Island Jazz Festival, Sheffield's will not be open to the public until 10:30PM this Thursday, October 8th. Ladies will still recieve complimentary manicures in the Palace from 9PM to 11PM.

Uncle Charlie's Ball - Halloween Night!

The most famous ghost in Fernandina Beach will be the ghost of honor at the 1st Annual Uncle Charlie's Ball!

Bartender Charlie Beresford, who worked here from 1906 to 1960 is believed to watch over his beloved bar on a regular basis.

Uncle Charlie would bet patrons they couldn't throw coins and have them land and stay on the busts of statues behind the bar. At the end of each night, he'd scoop up the change. After he died, another bartender made the mistake of offering the same bet to patrons and felt a hand on his shoulder as though he were being told to stop.

Arrive in costume and enjoy great drink specials all night and enter to win $300 in the midnight costume contest!

The all new Sheffield's at the Palace offers a one of a kind entertainment and cocktail experience. Professional mixologists create craft cocktails from fine spirits and fresh ingredients using recipes created especially for Sheffield's. Wine enthusiasts can choose from over 30 wines by the glass starting at $6 and a unique reserve and bottle list. Sheffield's boasts a premium well including Jim Beam Bourbon, Smirnoff Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Azul Grand Centanario Tequila and J&B Scotch starting at only $6.50.

October 13th - Petanque America comes to the Palace with Tuesday night socials and practice in the back yard from 5pm to 7pm. The second-ever open International Petanque Tournment to be held November 13 - 15 in Downtown Fernandina. The public is welcome and Petanque America will provide free use of equipment for Palace customers who want to learn about the game. Come grab a cocktail and learn something new or polish up your skills!
Petanque is one of Europe's most popular outdoor games, and a cousin to horseshoes and the Italian bowling game, Bocce Ball.
