Build Loyalty and Involve your Employees, Customers,
and Community of Influence in Your Growth and Success

Everyone Wants to Be On the Inside!

It's very efficient to create company hierarchies and pass out information to the various levels on an as needed basis.

This has always been an intelligent way to run and control a business, but anyone observing politics, and the social media revolution realize it is no longer the way to develop popularity, ownership of company values, loyalty, and viral or exponential growth.

People want to feel ownership. They want involvement in the process. They want a vote. It is the total basis of the whole social media phenomena; permission, sharing, and personal voice.

It is extremely easy to get everyone involved in your company. Give a group the responsibility of developing a Facebook site for your company. Place your marketing person on the committee to maintain decorum, but let a representative group participate.

Your employees will rally other employees. Your employed families will rally other families. Your community and customers will get involved. You will create transparency, ownership, participation, loyalty, branding, and more commerce.

You can post new customers, new ideas, new services and products, new sponsors, employees of the month, community projects, conventions attended or sponsored, company events, and even progress reports on company projects or goals.

Everyone will comment and vote on when they like postings. The postings could be connected automatically to a Twitter account or other social sites to gain even wider publicity.

It's usually an overwhelming idea to overwhelmed executives, so empower others and they will create a social affiliate program for your company.

If you think Social Media is a joke look at this short YouTube video on the facts.
