Aviation
Environmental Impairment / Site Liability

Covers 3rd party claims arising from pollution at, on, under, or migrating from a covered location. Covers bodily injury, property damage, and clean up costs (on & off-site)

Contractor's Pollution Liability 

Bodily injury, property damage, and clean-up costs for pollution. Covers work performed by, or on behalf of, the Named Insured (work by subcontractors).  

Underground Storage Tank 

Provides coverage for 3rd party BI and PD from pollution emanating from scheduled storage tanks. 
Exposure Examples: 
  • Fueling of planes
  • Possibility of fuel leaks directly from planes
  • Pollution caused by the spraying of glycol to de-ice planes (Propylene glycol can contaminate soil and drinking water supplies) 
  • Fire retardants that may be used on-site
  • Contractual conditions
  • Companies with airport operations or those who lease hangars and other properties at an airport
