  1. The CGL excludes coverage for most watercraft & all customer's property in the insured's care, custody, & control.
  2. A risk doesn't have to be located on a body of water to qualify for ocean marine insurance.

Ocean Marine Terms

  • MOLL or Marine Operator's Legal Liability cover's the insured's legal liability exposure for non-owned boats in their care, custody, and control.
  • P&I or Protection & Indemnity, covers watercraft liability.
