A growing number of investors are buying and flipping foreclosed homes.

As my previous newsletters have highlighted, foreclosures of personal residences have sky rocketed in the past 2 years. 

In my opinion, this trend will continue.

Am I proposing or recommending you start buying and flipping?  No for most of you.  It always looks so easy on paper, but it requires a skill and ability to survive if you've fixed up a home and can't seem to unload it.  You're stuck with an illiquid investment.
