Personal Real Estate has been in the news a lot the last few years.  One study stated that 60% of homes in Las Vegas were "underwater" meaning more was owed on them than they were worth.

How are things here locally in Boulder and Colorado?

Return to Normalcy?

A Return to Normalcy
Three indicators

* Announced job cuts
* Corporate dividend changes
* Differences between high and low values of S & P 500

are turning positive. 

Does this mean a return to normalcy? 

I say no.  We're going to continue to muddle through this economy as the unwinding of credit and debt rewrite many of the conventional norms.

To do:  Don't get aggressive just yet

I'd like to think that give or take $30 or $40 billion, he and I are a lot alike.
