If you've had the misfortune to go though the bank loan process recently (I have as part of helping a charity I'm involved with buy a building), then you know obtaining a loan is definitely more difficult than it used to be. The credit and liquidity crisis is not over! Read this article to find out why banks aren't lending, but rather keeping the money to shore up their balance sheets and reinvest the money in safe T-Bills.
