What Mike Does on Thursday Nights
Every other Thursday I go down to Lookout Mountain Youth Correctional Center to teach meditation and a c
ontemplative program to young incarcerated youth to hopefully
give them the tools to make different choices in the world. I'm on the Board of Advisors for Prison Dharma Network, a great organization that has programs in over 700 prisons in North America.
