This is a great article on why Housing hasn't bottomed out yet or will anytime soon.  I'll try to attach an article with the opposite point of view when I find a good one, but right now the consensus is that personal and commercial real estate is still in a whole lot of hurt.

John Mauldin consistently writes a great newsletter.  It takes a good 20 minutes to read, but it's the best 20 minutes you'll spend all week understanding what is really important.

In this newsletter, he talks about the globalization effect of Europe's financial problems.  They're in worse shape than the US!  I mentioned this is a video a month or so ago, so since John agrees with me I naturally think he's brilliant!

Anyway, spend some time reading this.  I couldn't have written it better myself.
