ADVANCED EDUCATION IN THE ART OF PERMANENT COSMETICS
|
Permanent cosmetic work is a creative and lucrative industry that is rapidly growing. It's attracting people who are looking for additional ways to expand their businesses, start a new career or change careers, and people who are looking or needing additional revenue. It has attracted individuals already in the cosmetic and medical industry as well as people from all walks of life.
The income potential is unlimited. Performing a few eyeliner, eyebrow, or lip enhancement procedures per week can render an income potential of over $100,000 per year!
Efforts were made by the major pioneers in the industry for better training, equipment and supplies. Realizing the lack of ability to perform good work after these one or two days training sessions, the former students sought more information. These demands gave birth to the "Advanced" and "Masters" promotion of classes. The formation of associations began to take place. Through the efforts of these associations along with professional guidance changes began to occur.

Master Educator & Trainer
DAWN CRAGG, MBE
|
For nearly 30 years, Dawn Cragg, based in the United Kingdom, has been perfecting the art of micropigmentation or, as she now prefers to say, Cosmetic Tattooing. Dawn has more than 15,000 procedures added to her long list of accomplishments!
Coming from owning her own schools for a vast region of applications, Dawn realized the potential of a permanent cosmetic technique that could disguise scars and "replace" eyebrows. She started her formal training in Paris in 1983.
New opportunities presented themselves and in quick succession, she had established herself as the prominent authority in the UK on permanent makeup. Realizing the tremendous personal and psychological benefit that treatments such as scar concealment, recreating the areola following mastectomy operations and, in suitable cases, being able to treat alopecia and vitiligo could have, Dawn has spent much of her time encouraging and training specialist nurses.
In 2010, Dawn was awarded the prestigious M.B.E. (Member, Order of the British Empire) by Princess Anne for her outstanding work in developing Medical Tattooing as a service to the Health Care Industry.
