The Flu vaccine Has Mercury in it. Mercury damages nerves and can cause vision loss as well as death.  Here is what Science Says About Injecting Mercury
The standard counterclaim from the medical industry and the bobble-heads on TV is that these ingredients, in the doses administered, have never been proven detrimental to human health.
This is a bold faced lie.
But it's an effective lie, because most people will simply take that statement at face value without doing any further research. Life is far too busy to double check "reliable resources".
The fact is there's plenty of evidence indicating that significant brain damage can occur as a result of being exposed to agents such as mercury and aluminum, both for children and adults. In fact, some researchers believe that aluminum may be an even more important toxin than mercury in the vaccines.
For example, in a brand new study published in the journal Neurotoxicology just last month, the researchers found that primates injected with just ONE vaccine containing thimerosal (a mercuy based perservative) suffered significant neurological impairment when compared with those who received a saline solution injection, or no injection at all.
The monkeys received a weight-adjusted amount of the vaccine preservative thimerosal, so each dose included 2 mcg's of ethyl mercury. A human infant dose of thimerosal-containing vaccine typically contains 12.5 mcg, and most seasonal flu vaccines as well as the swine flu vaccine will contain 25 mcg of mercury per adult dose.
As a result, the macaques vaccinated at birth took more than twice as long as unexposed macaques to acquire three standardized skills typically used to measure infant brain development.
Despite the overwhelming evidence that has built up over the years, US health officials are still promulgating vaccines as the best solution to the flu.
Worse yet, in a nauseating twist, the state of Washington's Health Department has now temporarily suspended a rule that limits the amount of a mercury preservative in vaccines given to pregnant women and children under the age of 3, just so that they can start administering the swine flu vaccine to toddlers and pregnant women as quickly as possible...

PREVENTING VISION LOSS FROM EYE STROKES

(factors in additional to hypertension and plaque buildup)
brvo The picture to the left shows a stroke in the back of the eye (the red spots on the bottom of the photo)

Hardening of the blood vessels has been linked to strokes in the eye    Abnormal high levels one's metabolic waste products called Hyperhomocysteinia and excess carbohydrates (including white bread, rice, and pasta) both can damage  retinal blood vessels. Diet, exercise and supplements can make a Big Difference.  If your over 30, supplements such as fish oil and folic acid (1 - 5 mg/day) can help.  Dietary changes such  whole rather than refined grains can help.  If you have a problem overcoming carbohydrate cravings and believe you cannot "Live Without Them"  you may have an addiction to carbohydrates.  In our area you may find help for this by consulting with  Marcy Kniffin, Psychotherapist

To evaluate your overall health and seek  a natural approach to reduce damage to your blood vessels (to save your heart and eyesight), a Naturopathic Physician will help.
WHY A PEDIATRICIAN'S VISION SCREENING DOES NOT QUALIFY AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR A COMPREHENSIVE OPTOMETRIC EXAM

Often, a Pediatrician  may say your child is fine, if they can read the distance eye chart.  But often, no attention is paid to the near vision, which can impede reading skills, and may cause headaches!

This may cause your son or daughter to experience blurred near vision after prolonged reading, such as below.

Drs. Desai & Ross do  numerous objective and subjective tests to determine the root of  these issues.  This is something only one other doctor in Putnam county does!  If your child has an eye coordination issue,  it is then treated with vision therapy and/or special glasses.  NO ophthalmologist does this so if your child is seeing an ophthalmologist,  you may be short changing their care.
Hyperopia (farsighted) can also affect near vision, as the eyes must work extra hard to focus at near.  Meanwhile,  your child's distance vision may show up as normal on a pediatric screening.

We also do a thorough eye health check, with specialized instruments only an eye doctor has.  If your child frequently blinks or rubs the eyes, it could be related to allergies or dry eyes.  For allergies, eye drops are usually prescribed.  If it is caused by dry eyes (which can be caused by inflamed eyelids), often omega 3 fatty acids will help.  If you know you have allergies and wish to try a safe natural treatment,  we recommend "Similasan Allergy Formula."  You can buy this in Rite Aide or on line and it is totally save as it is a homeopathic remedy.

Finally, we dilate all children for retinal health evaluation.  From Dr. Desai's 11 years of experience, several children have been diagnosed with retinal diseases that needed treatment to prevent permanent vision loss from  a detached retina.  Major medical will cover your visit if you child has any medical symptoms such as:  eyes that are red, sore, itchy, discharging tears etc.

fructose in soda!Simple Way to Lower Your Blood Pressure -- Just Avoid THIS...

A diet high in fructose, a form of sugar found in sweetened soft drinks and junk food, raises blood pressure in men.
Two recent studies provided the first evidence that fructose helps raise blood pressure. One study further suggested that people who consume junk foods and sweetened soft drinks at night could gain weight faster than those who don't.
Fructose accounts for about half the sugar molecules in table sugar and in high-fructose corn syrup, the sweetener used in many packaged foods.
