Return to the Classroom

Welcome to
Perspectives from Weil Consulting, LLC

Greetings!

I hope you had a great summer and feel rejuvinated as we head into the fall season. For those of us in New England, we look forward to apple picking, changing colors and of course the return of Tom Brady to the New England Patriots!  Many of us are also heading back into the classroom, whether accompanying our children, furthering our own education or volunteering and sharing our business experiences with the next generation of leaders.

It is also that time of year where many executive teams are revisiting their strategic plans and establishing budgets and operating plans for 2010. It's with this in mind, that I am sharing a couple of perspectives that I hope will help many of you during these efforts.

I encourage you to send me any feedback or questions that you may have, and please feel free to forward this to colleagues whom you think could benefit.

Happy Fall Everyone!
