MULTIPLE USES FOR
MILLIPEDES

Millipedes are Nature's Recyclers
Millipede 3Millipedes recycle by eating decaying leaves, wood, decomposing vegetation, dead snails, earthworms and insects.

During digestion they release carbon dioxide for the living plants to thrive.

Millipedes as a Family Pet
Millipede 2They can live up to seven years and eat fruits, veggies, and moist leaves.

Little care is needed for them to
survive as long as the
environment has high humidity.

They are related to lobsters, crayfish and shrimp.

Although, they do release a nasty smell and brown liquid that may cause an allergic reaction.

Millipedes as Pests in our Homes
MillipedeMillipedes love to live in dark, cool, moist environments and can cause damage to the outer layers of young plant stems.

Mulch and ivy beds are a favorite habitat for Millipedes.

They will find cracks and openings in the foundation wall, around doors and window frames and enter your home.

Don't crush them on carpet or upholstery.  They will leave an unsightly mess and stain.

Millipedes are not easy to get rid of.  Professionals will use special treatments that may take up to six days before they are gone.

EASTERN LUBBER GRASSHOPPERS
DAMAGE CITRUS
GrasshoppersThe Eastern Lubber Grasshopper can seriously damage citrus, vegetable crops and landscape ornamentals, especially amaryllis and related flowers.

They will leave on their own once they have destroyed the entire food source....or you may have them professionally removed before the citrus, vegetable crops and landscaping is wiped out.

Eastern Lubber Grasshoppers do have toxins.
When threatened they will make a loud hissing noise and secretes an irritating foul-smelling foamy spray.

Each year grasshoppers destroy at least 80 million dollars worth of crops in the United States.

All U Need Pest Control can help!

The Good NewsGrasshopper

Grasshoppers are edible and good for you!

One pound of grasshoppers is more nutritious than one pound of beef.  They are high in protein, totally cholesterol free....
and all natural.

BEE CAREFUL!

BeeEver wonder how a BEE
can find you?

It seems their eyes would be very small and hard to spot a person.  But the
Bee has 5 eyes. One on each side and 3 on top of its head.  It just might see you before you see it.

The Bee can see ultraviolet light that you can not see.

It also uses the Sun as a compass so it never gets lost.

THE KILLER BEE
The Killer Bee will chase you for at least ¼ of a mile.
So when they find you, run fast!

Bees 2

It is best to leave the removal of Bee Hives to the professionals.  All "U" Need Pest Control has the training, equipment and products to safely remove the hive.
