COLORING CONTEST

TRY Recycling announces the Winner of their Earth Day ART Contest!

In March, TRY contacted the Thames Valley District School board regarding a coloring contest. The contest was an event for kids, grades kindergarten - grade 4, to participate as a way to celebrate Earth Day.

The coloring contest took place in the month of April until Earth Day.  TRY received a total of 77 submissions from 3 different schools by the end of the contest.

The Winner will receive an E-Gift Certificate for $250 of Recycled Landscape material delivered to their school and a TRY Recycling T-shirt. Also, the entire class from which the winning artwork was chosen will be given a tour of the TRY Recycling Facility and the Graham Family ECO Park.

The judges found the decision to be very difficult but did finally choose a winner along with 8 other notable mentions.  The TRY panel of judges decided that in addition to the initial prize, the other 2 schools that participated in the contest should also be awarded with Recycled Landscape material for their schools and thus an E-Gift certificate of $100 will be awarded along with TRY T-Shirts to all 8 of the students whose artwork was chosen.

LONDON CLEAN AND GREEN 2010

London Clean and Green - TRY does their Part!

London Clean and Green originated about fourteen years ago as a single day event aimed at gathering volunteers to clean up the garbage and graffiti in London's downtown core. Over the years the event grew to include more volunteers, to cover a larger area, and involve a variety of organizations.

From the desk of Jennifer Hall - Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher.

Customer service is my specialty here at Clarke Road. Calls flow in from London and the surrounding Municipalities with all kinds of questions. I work closely with many people here at TRY to be sure customers get the information they need when they need it.

Do you need to rent a Bin?  I can do that!

From 6 yard bins - 40 yard bins.. Our wide selection of sizes through our partners, allows the small home owner and the construction professionals to use our services.

Do you need Landscape Products Delivered?  I can do that!

There's something Recycled for everyone's Garden!

Need to Order Aggregates? I can help with that too!

Recycled stone and aggregate products are rolling into the Environmental Landscaping Market. Consumers are telling us they like the product quality, variety and the price. TRY Recycled Aggregates are made from discarded concrete, bricks, blocks, and gravel. TRY's selective screening process allows us to produce material in multiple sizes.

TRY Recycling is always growing..... Adding municipalities and companies to our "Partner" List on a regular basis. WE are fortunate to be able to operate the 2 London depots on Clarke/Gore and Oxford/Sanatorium, along with The Coldstream, Mt Brydges and Strathroy depots.
