It was about this time last year when we made the decision to go 100% with e-mail over the traditional paper mailings. In the past year, many of you have remarked how much you enjoyed receiving those little note cards in the mail, and on many occasions when Robert has been visiting his collectors he's spotted those very note cards on the fridge or tacked up somewhere.
