May the closing of the year be a time of reflection, insight, and gratitude for all that has gone well in our lives. May the  new year bring peace and prosperity to our community and deepen the bonds of friendship between us. May Avenues Yoga continue to be a place for calmness, well-being, clarity, healing, fun, and benefit to all who enter.

 December 24: Three regular classes to choose from: (1) Pilates with Shannon 8:45 am (2) Lunar Flow at 10 am with Jami - A Gentle Restorative flow to soothe your senses. (3) Power 1 & 2 with Sammy at 5:45 pm. Regular pricing & cards apply to all.
December 25: CLOSED
December 31: All regular classes except Yoga for Climbers. Pati is cooking up something special for Moving Meditation. Ooh yum! Regular pricing for all classes. Happy New Year!
