City of Atlanta "Fall Into Homeownership" October Events

Although I was supposed to report on other NSP programs this week, the "Fall Into Homeownership" events are shaping up so I thought they were more relevant.

The Atlanta Development Authority and the Atlanta Housing Authority along with HomeFree USA are co-hosting a month of events for real estate agents and homebuyers to educate and promote the various programs offered throughout the city.

Here is an overview with the flyers attached at the end of this newsletter...
 
Oct 9-Homebuyer Education Seminar
Oct 14-Realtor Advantage Session
Oct 16-Homebuyer's Fair
Oct 19-Lunch Caravans (open to public)
Oct 21-After work open house tours
Oct 30-"Fall Into Homeownership" Celebration

All these events are free and located within the city of Atlanta. The NSP Developers, other developers with properties that qualify for city programs, lenders, agents and more will all be participating. These are events not to be missed! We hope to see your there.

Be sure to call and reserve your space at the seminars and RSVP to the events to ensure we have space for everyone.
