Where Can I Find a List of All the NSP Homes in the Area?
NSP funds were distributed to various state and local agencies. The City of Atlanta received monies directly from HUD under NSP 1 and some additional funds from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, a state agency.
Below is a link for all the NSP homes that have been acquired thus far under the City of Atlanta program.
Not all of the properties on the locator will be for sale (some may be rentals) and certainly not all of them are on the market at this time. Below, I have listed the properties that I know are currently listed for sale by other City of Atlanta NSP developers.
