And the crises keep coming for Critter Camp volunteers! You remember that about 5 weeks ago Cassie ( Critter Camp Mom's daughter & main volunteer) shattered her ankle and is non functional for at least another week or two. Well since then Critter Camp Mom's mom fell & broke her hip, Critter Camp Mom has had a recurrence of her BPPV ( vertigo episodes - 6 in three weeks!)  and last night Critter Camp Mom's son Alex (another volunteer helper)  had a grand mal seizure- first ever- and fell and hit his head. Alex is home from the hospital & ok, but tests are now being ordered.

It has been a trying summer so far, but we carry on, and always make sure the animals are cared for. We were medicating ferrets as Alez was being loaded in the ambulance, in case we were gone more than 12 hours!
