New Critters this week:
A first for us here at Critter Camp- a stray guinea pig!
She was found on a local hiking path. Her eye is clearing up nicely, she is still a bit unstable, but she is eating better each day.
She will need a very brave name...
Jordan, Indega & Sativa - all elder ferrets, ages 6, 7 & 8, & two have adrenal disease

Even though Critter Camp is a sanctuary and generally takes in unadoptable pets, sometimes we do accept younger friendly healthy animals in an emergency situation , and we adopt those out again.
If you have adopted from critter camp and would like us to feature your happy pet here please contact us.
Cecelia & Delilah were found loose in an apartment near Chicago. Cecelia is super friendly and Delilah is a bit more shy.
We assessed their health and temperment and felt they were able to be adopted to the right family.
Brenda & her family were the perfect match!

We are taking Roof Estimates
for the building where the rabbits & guinea pigs and lizards live.
Due to the current condition a metal roof is going to be the best option.
Discounted or donated services will be acknowledged on the website, in the newsletter, in print media, to our 1,000 visitors annually, and by signage.
This work need to be completed this fall yet.
