LOTS of New Critters!
August is always a big intake month for small animals as kids go back to school, teens go off to college and suddenly no one has time for their little pets. Sure Mom & Dad will care for the family dogs or cats, but they really want to just get rid of that bunny, guinea pig, iguana, or hamster.......
Thus shelters and rescues are innundated- leading to euthanasia for the long term residents to make way for more adoptable new critters.
Critter Camp steps in when we can to save these "death row" pets!
