Was found as a stray ferret in the pouring rain, and covered in fleas. The techs at the clinic were afraid to touch him :(
But we picked him up and he is doing great now! Can't wait till he gets his shots and his quarrantine is over and he can join all his new friends in the ferret room!

The bill has some serious intent, including:
- Making it more affordable for people to provide the care their pets need.
- Making it less likely that pet owners are who suffering during the recession will abandon their pets.
