INTERESTED IN QiGong???

On Tuesday, September 24th at 9:00, Mugs Holifield will be offering a free QiGong class for anyone who is interested.

Qi means energy or life force; Gong means work, exercise.

Qi Gong is a gentle physical activity for promoting health and as a moving mediation for stress management. Come and find out for yourself. 

TRINITY BOOK CLUB  MEETS  NEXT TUESDAY

The Trinity Church Book Club  will start off the year on Tuesday, September 25, meeting in the media room at 10 o'clock.  Eleanor Wade will review Zeitoun, an account of a Syrian-American in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.  All are welcome to attend.
