A NOTE FROM PASTOR TIM

Decadence

Peter Drucker is often referred to as the "father of modern management." Forbes magazine called him the "most perceptive observer of the American scene since Alexis de Tocqueville." One Drucker thesis is that an organization that only lives for the "here and now" is an organization that has already begun to die. Always, he argues, there must be a forward-lean to thinking; tomorrow is important!

Decadence, he wrote, is to be indifferent about transferring values to the next generation! So I am pleased to announce that April 29th, we will celebrate Youth Sunday at all three of our Sunday services. A highlight of the morning will be the confirmation of the following youth:

Garrett Arevalo, Brianna Bird, Shayla Connell,

Jessica Cowden, Alisha Gummerman,

Alyssa Herring, Zachary Jackson,

Andrew Lewis, Pamela (Mellie) McCabe,

Grayson Pierce, Thomas Pugh, Patrick Ryan,

Kyle Soricelli and Logan Williamson

I hope you will join us for this wonderful celebration!

In faith,

P.S. If you have not yet tried the 5 PM Saturday service, please join us this Saturday - I will be preaching.
