Grateful Thanksgiving to All!
I believe that if the only prayer that we ever learned was "Thank you, Lord...," we would be drawn into a relationship with God. Gratitude is at the foundation of faith. And now, according to two recently published studies (Personality and Individual Differences), grateful people are 'more satisfied with their lives and social relationships...they are more supportive and forgiving.' Further, the studies show that people who are thankful are 'less depressed, stressed, envious and anxious.'
This Thanksgiving, may you give 'thanks unto the Lord' and may it be well with your soul. For your emotional, physical and spiritual health, may each day be thanksgiving.
